    Essential Functions

    • Collects and analyzes health data
    • Develops individualized healthcare plans

    • Delegates care tasks to healthcare workers

    • Communicates effectively and collaborates with stakeholders

    Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) serves as a flagship hospital known for excellent patient care and medical expertise. It is a Level 1 Trauma center, Magnet-designated, and offers various specialties and academic medical training.

    Physical Requirements
    Work involves various physical activities, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions. Must be able to lift weight and follow safety protocols. Proficiency in English is required along with sensory abilities and finger dexterity. Successful completion of Physical Abilities Testing is necessary.

    Education and Experience
    Graduate from a Nursing School, preferably with a BSN. Current Basic Life Support certification and RN license is required.
