    Accounts Payable Specialist
    The Accounts Payable Specialist performs support tasks and activities in the accounts payable functions.

    MPA has evolved to offer a variety of mental health support services to a diverse population of "hard to treat" and "difficult to place" adolescence.

    Our targeted services include home and community-based treatment, residential treatment programs, group homes, and special education schools. Record expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices

    • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are timely
    • Maintain vendor data in the accounting system; Reconcile credit card, bank account and petty cash accounts
    • Receive, verify, and process expense reimbursements

    • Knowledge of accounts payable, and general accounting procedures
    • Knowledge of SAGE Intacct or similar accounting software
    • Strong computer keyboard capability
    • Intermediate skills in Excel. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
    • Competent with standard office equipment including copiers, printers, and calculators
    • Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as directions, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
