Boscov's Jewelry Repair Processor

Job Responsibilities
Process Fine Jewelry and watch repairs from customers/stores/repair vendors

Additional responsibilities include:

• Receive customer repairs of fine jewelry and watches
• Record repair information in BOS coverage system
• Evaluate item and record specifics of repair required
• Create return to vendor documentation
• Communicate with buying office/ store personnel/ vendor regarding disposition of repairs
• Ship completed repairs back to store
• Provide stores with needed supplies (forms, stock chains, jewelry cleaner, etc)
• Provide new stores with all supplies for purpose of startup of department
• Assist with other Jewelry Operations Center tasks as required

Job Requirements

• Detailed oriented; strong communication skills, strong keyboarding skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, legible handwriting
• Basic Excel spreadsheet knowledge
• High School Education
