- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct confidential interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, fostering trust and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation packages, and best practices in executive search.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in executive search or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully placing high-level executives in relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of the executive search landscape and recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Superior research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Deep industry knowledge and a passion for the specific industry we serve (a plus).
