- 5+ years of technology program and product leadership experience with expertise in industry standard methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience in working with AI technologies and tools, such as natural language processing (NLP), generative AI (LLMs,) machine learning algorithms, deep learning, etc.
- Previous experience delivering large organizational change tied to technology implementations
- DevOps, DevSecOps and ITIL certifications
- Scaled Agile, Agile, and Scrum certifications
- Previous direct employee leadership experience

What You'll Be Doing:
Team Leadership and Program Delivery: Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and DevOps specialists. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-infused software solutions, maintaining alignment with our company's vision and purpose.
AI-Driven Development Strategy: Lead the strategic adoption of AI technologies within our DevOps frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. Introduce AI tools and algorithms that enhance automation in testing, deployment, and infrastructure management.
Innovation in Automation and Processes: Utilize AI to streamline workflows, improve the CI/CD pipeline, and optimize cloud infrastructure management. Ensure our DevOps practices incorporate the latest in AI advancements to enhance speed and quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, software developers, and external stakeholders to ensure that our DevOps strategy integrates effectively across all phases of development and supports overarching business goals.
Quality Assurance and Performance Metrics: Implement robust testing frameworks and monitor system performance continuously. Use AI-driven analytics to anticipate problems and deliver solutions proactively.
Ethical AI Use and Compliance: Promote ethical practices in the use of AI within DevOps, adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, and ensuring the privacy and security of data across all platforms.

What You Should Bring:
Leadership Capabilities: Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex large technical programs and enterprise capability implementations to successful completion.
Background in AI and DevOps: Demonstrated experience in managing and integrating AI within DevOps environments. Understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and their practical applications in automation and optimization.
Technical Skills: Prior experience in programming languages and technologies relevant to AI and DevOps, such as Python, Ruby, and Java. Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch,) DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins,) and cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
Strategic Vision and Tactical Execution: Ability to develop strategic visions for AI-powered products and ensure their effective execution through agile DevOps practices.
