- Manage the ServiceNow platform, covering advanced administration tasks, upgrades, platform operations, application development, maintenance, and handling technical support escalations.
- Provide day-to-day support and upkeep for the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with teams to devise solutions and address support issues.
- Adhere to existing platform governance processes for support and maintenance.
- Strategize, execute, and evaluate version upgrades, with support from other platform team members.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of ServiceNow modules, access, and performance to ensure optimal system integrity and stability.
- Offer insights on software integrations and utilization to uphold the current status of the ServiceNow platform.
- Draft clear and concise technical and process documentation.
- Stay abreast of current and forthcoming ServiceNow features and functionality to propel platform expansion and adoption.
- Develop and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters within ServiceNow.
- Deliver training sessions to various stakeholders to facilitate platform adoption and minimize incidents and requests.
- Demonstrate advanced scripting skills when necessary, employing best practices.
- Establish and maintain integrations using Web Services, JDBC, middleware.
- Contribute to and engage with an Agile team.
- Test, document, and implement top-notch solutions within the ServiceNow platform, adhering to industry best practices to meet business requirements.
- Formulate advanced reports and dashboards as needed.
- Update Workspace configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in administering the ServiceNow platform.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with various ServiceNow components, such as Service Catalog, ITSM, CSM, Asset Management, Release Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Self-service Portal.
- Previous exposure to client-facing roles involving requirements gathering, development, and implementation of IT solutions, initiatives, or service automation.
- Mandatory ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- Proficiency in technical ServiceNow components like business rules, client scripts, UI policies, actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, and reports.
- Strong grasp of SQL Query, HTML, XML, Java Script, Jelly, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Angular JS.
- Experience and comprehension of best practices with the ServiceNow Platform, Production Operations, Change Control, and Security.
- Familiarity with creating and managing technical documentation.
- A background in a high-growth environment, collaborating with innovative cross-functional teams and creative problem-solvers. Must possess the ability to work independently as well as actively engage in teamwork.
- Onsite presence at any Armanino office location is required 2-3 times per week.
- ServiceNow Implementer Certifications, such as ITSM, SPM, or CSM.
