- Manage a full-time teaching load, which may include sections of Biology and Advanced Biology.
- Manage and organize laboratory equipment.
- Serve as an advisor, which includes the responsibilities of leading advisory conversations, structuring daily homeroom sessions, and acting as a mentor and first point of contact for advisees.
- Meet regularly with school leaders as requested to discuss teaching work with students as part of the evaluation process at GFS.
- Write narrative assessments based on well-maintained records of student work and submit them in a timely fashion.
- Support the school mission and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in the life of the school, including advisory roles, professional development, faculty meetings, and committee work.
