    Immediate need for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Operations & Administrative Assistant to join a rapidly growing 20-year old Construction Services company. We have strategic plans to expand throughout the southeast in the next 3 years providing advancement opportunities and growth for this role.

    Our corporate office is located close to the Galleria Mall.

    This position supports Operations including Administrative, Human Resources, Bidding efforts, Social Media & Website Maintenance.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Administrative

    • Receive incoming calls to the office
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Provide certifications and renewals assistance, registering for various certification in various
    • states, as directed
    • Performs functions such as copying, emailing, word processing, file system management,
    • excel spreadsheet preparation
    • Document processes and catalog as directed
    • Receives mail and email, and responds
    • Notary licenses is a plus
    • English to Spanish translation of documents
    • May assist with QuickBooks data entry, if possess skill set

    Human Resources

    • Aid with career path planning for employees
    • Support onboarding efforts with new hires
    • English to Spanish translation of documents
    • Bidding
    • Schedule meetings and coordinate site visits
    • Review bid solicitations and profile project for team
    • Aid with pre-bid and pre-construction meetings and correspondence and proposals
    • submission

    Social Media & Website Maintenance

    • Aid with press releases and information packet distributions, and other marketing collateral
    • Update and maintain LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Google account and/or
    • support Outsourced SM
    • Update and maintain Company website with new content project information and/or support
    • outsourced services
    • Support and co-champion creation of quarterly Newsletter with industry and company
    • information and/or support Outsourced services
    • Update website information and support portal uploads and client information sharing and/or
    • support Outsourced services

    Bilingual Administrative Assistant Position Requirements:

    • Completed Bachelors degree preferred
    • Qualified candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and
    • PowerPoint.
    • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a must.
    • QuickBooks and construction experience is a plus.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • MS Office (Very Proficient)
    • QuickBooks, a plus
