- Prepare Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (P, S & E Packages) for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities.
- Oversee tasks and projects from start to finish, supporting project and client services managers, including budgeting, scheduling, and construction administration oversight.
- Provide job site support and observation and monitor construction progress.
- Support project managers with construction administration tasks, including submittal and RFI review, progress payment review, compliance with funding agency provisions, and oversight of onsite RPRs.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Analyze facilities for system deficiencies regarding compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and provide improvement alternatives to meet compliance with such regulations.
- Engage with community members, government officials, and other stakeholders to communicate project goals, address concerns, and gather input on water and wastewater initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years design experience in municipal or water/wastewater projects
- PE license preferred or able to obtain after-hire
- Design software experience Civil 3D or similar
- Knowledge of Engineering planning studies
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license and insurable record for travel
