- Oversee the day-to-day trade settlements of government and mortgage-backed securities
- Provide operational support for trade settlements, capture, netting, comparison and allocation
- Interact with clients on issues related to the trade process
- Taking lead on new projects and initiatives
- Delegating tasks to junior staff
- 5-10 years of experience covering Mortgage-Backed Securities from a secondary market perspective at a financial services institution
- Bachelor`s degree in Finance or a related field
- Strong understanding of MBS, Trade Capture, Risk Management and Operations
- Past leadership experience

An extremely established clearing counterparty firm is hiring for exciting and influential position. The firm is looking to hire a team lead to their Fixed Income Operations Team. This team specializes in Securitized Products coverage and ensuring that trade capture, settlements, allocating and netting, and proper completion of are policies and procedures and executed properly.
The position involves working with a multitude of counterparties, overseeing the activities of ensuring the trade processes of Mortgage-Backed Securities and Government securities are in alignment with the operational, audit, and risk guidelines. Mitigate risk by adhering the policies and procedures essential to the trade clearing and settlement process.
