Job Summary
Royal Moore Toyota is searching for an experienced Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing organization in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a passion for building relationships in the auto industry.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this full-time position is $65,000 to $110,000 per year, paid semimonthly. Additional benefits include healthcare, vacation and sick leave, and 401K retirement Plan.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and discuss automotive sales opportunities in detail
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide the highest level of customer service
Accurately assess customer needs and create solutions to meet those needs
Negotiate deals with customers and close sales
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
Educate customers about vehicle features, warranties, and financing options
Generate sales reports and analyze sales trends
Remain knowledgeable of industry news and trends and use that knowledge to promote the dealership

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year, successful sales experience.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to close sales
Proficient knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Knowledge of dealership processes and procedures
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
