    Overview



    Applications are being accepted for a Temporary Economic and Workforce Development (EWD) Reporting Contract Specialist at Moraine Park Technical College, Fond du Lac Campus. This position coordinates the process of reporting and delivery of 38.14 contract training through the district. This position reports to the Associate Dean of Customized Training.

    Summary of work schedule: 2-3 days per week through August of 2024

    Total hours/week: 16-24 hours per week

    Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

    Beginning: Immediately

    Duties and Responsibilities:

      Prepare and maintain schedules, classes, participant and instructor materials, and contracts for customized instruction and technical assistance in accordance with District policies. Manage curriculum inventory and supplies.
    1. Manage the database for all customized training curriculum information, ensuring accuracy to support the sales and grant processes.
    2. Develop strong relationships with teams throughout the College to improve services, communication, and the delivery of contract training.
    3. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
