    About the Role:

    Treasury Compliance Manager

    Job Summary:

    Implement and execute ongoing compliance reporting associated with treasury facilities including but not limited to the asset-backed securitization facility.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage Complete daily transfers and necessary reporting to ensure necessary to maintain compliance with lender requirements including reporting cash movements for recording in the general ledger
    • Develop and maintain relationships with lending parties specifically within the securitization structure the trustee and backup servicer
    • Develop revise and maintain treasury compliance policies procedures and controls
    • Provide ideas and strategies to eliminate gaps improve the efficiency of operations and reporting. Initiate communication between areas to assist them in sharing ideas and processes that benefit the efficiency of the operation and support efficient reporting
    • Implement automation processes Works to automate wherever possible to mitigate risk building a knowledge of the tools used in compliance reporting
    • Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with the FinOps Commissions and Accounting teams as associated with the program
    • Analytically review daily reporting identifying risk and compliance issues determining root causes and resolve anomalies timely
    • Supports periodic audit process by lenders
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong written and oral communication skills leadership capabilities and analytical skills
    • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to solve routine or complicated problems effectively and drive projects to successful completion
    • Aptitude to develop partnerships with teams within the department and across the company
    • Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports
    • Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and can operate with limited supervision

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in a related field is required
    • 7+ years of experience within Treasury Finance or related field with 2-3 years of compliance experience being preferred
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with NetSuite and SQL preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    • Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
