Job summary
This is a full-time in-office role supporting the design and product development process from concept through production.This position requires a strong designer who can handle high output tight timelines and real-world product execution. This position is ideal for someone passionate about multimedia apparel design and sports.
This job includes designing producing creative assets across digital e-commerce social and marketing channels with a focus on sportswear fanwear executing apparel product design work from concept research layout through final production-ready files supporting integrated campaigns by creating brand-aligned visuals layouts and designs collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to translate creative direction into polished execution managing high volume of design output while balancing multiple projects firm deadlines in fast-paced environment developing maintaining cohesive repeatable visual system for social media marketing graphics producing backend creative assets coordinating with production manager ensuring designs translate correctly to garments including color matching materials print methods participating in design reviews workshops contributing thoughtful feedback craftsmanship staying current on sportswear fanwear apparel trends tools techniques continuously elevating output.
