Provides system engineering and system administration support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems that support Space and Property Management, Asset Management and Transportation Management for the enterprise.

This hybrid role primarily consists of system administration support for Microsoft Windows servers to include monitoring, problem resolution and ensuring compliancy.

System engineering experience is required as the individual will also contribute to the development of any technical documentation including SOPs, updating existing documentation and collaborating with the team for releases or migrations to new environments.

Provide administrative and customer support for the COTs and GOTs applications.

Collaborate with the team for releases or migrations to new environments.

Collaborate with security for any compliancy issues and remediate any active liens.

Troubleshoot and maintain integrity to improve reliability and performance of systems.

Desired Skills

A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and seven (7) years of experience as a system engineer is required. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, twelve (12) years of experience is required.

Experience with Windows Servers, PKI certificates, and Windows IIS

Familiarity with MS SQL administration

Experience with system hardening

Experience working with ISSOs for system compliance

Experience creating and updating technical documentation

Familiarity with AWS/C2S and the Agency tools

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy

Experience providing customer service support
