- Develop, coordinate, and maintain status & variance reporting and executive dashboards for the financial aspects and schedules for projects.
- Support regulatory reporting and financial reconciliation for portfolio programs.

- Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Finance, Business, or Data Science

- Minimum 2 years of experience with Project Controls concepts (project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closeout)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Cost Engineering concepts (project estimating, forecasting, cost controls and variance reporting)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems for identifying and reporting actual costs posted to projects (i.e., SAP, etc.)

Job Summary
The associate in this position will provide technical/analytical and functional support in the area of cost controls, portfolio financial reporting, accounting governance and budget management processes for the Project Management Office Center of Excellence group which is within the Projects & Construction Organization.
Intermediate knowledge and experience required in the following areas: SAP project systems reporting, financial reconciliation and QA/QC analysis, data analytics and visualization; variance analysis and reporting, cost accounting and performance reporting.
This is a multi-level growth series position (Grade Level 26/27).
The title, grade level and incentive target assigned to the successful candidate will be determined by assessing skills and related experience, learned through the interview process, as they meet the criteria defined below.
