- Perform cost center and profit center reporting and financial analysis for various functions
- Create new or update existing financial models and templates
- Analyze financial and business information from internal and external sources to identify underlying business drivers and trends to deliver improved profitability
- Develop cross-functional partnerships and effectively communicate financial information to business partners
- Support financial period close process with assigned tasks
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis on month-over-month and year-over-year trends
- Analyze financial information and provide accurate and timely analysis to management
- Investigate and determine cause of variances and recommend corrective action to business partners
- Support ad hoc projects such as report design, data queries, dashboard creation
- Drive implementation of financial planning best practices
- Execute the company's service center P&L system
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- CPA, CMA or MBA is a plus
- Minimum 2-5 years of finance experience preferable in an FP&A function
- Advanced Excel/pivot table skills
- Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems and reporting is a plus
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBi is a plus
- Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
