- Identifies, prepares, and updates cybersecurity artifacts for engineering installation plans.
- Delivers Cyber Security artifacts; Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklist, internetwork operating systems versions, and Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M).
- Deliver subject matter expertise in support of cybersecurity and RMF requirements.
- Identifies, prepares, and updates cybersecurity artifacts for engineering installation plans.
- Process systems for authorization using RMF process in accordance with Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Publication 199 and 200, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publications 800-53, 800-59, 800-60, , and other DoD and Army regulations/guidance as required.
- Translate security policies, implementation guidance, and requirements into cybersecurity engineering implementation and develop solutions for the customer's systems.
- Provide professional technical engineering services as they relate to the customer's IT systems.
- Verify the addition of hardware or software to the enterprise network are designed and configured in accordance with current DoD/Army cybersecurity policy and more specifically the DoD RMF requirements as specified in DODI
- Verify that the system/network is prepared to undergo Assess and Authorize (A&A) activities.
- Support all Cybersecurity A&A activities related to the system/network by providing the appropriate required RMF documentation/artifacts to include but not limited, network device configurations, STIG checklists, topology/diagrams, specified system documentation.
- Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Eligibility.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance (IA), or relevant IT degree with a significant amount of coursework related to cybersecurity. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: 10-plus years cybersecurity or information assurance experience, with at least two (2) years leading cyber or IA personnel or teams.
- Knowledgeable of DoD/Army cybersecurity regulations and guidance.
- Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level III - CASP CE or CCNP Security or CISA.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to commute to the designated onsite work location as required
- Supported the U.S. Army or other DoD / Federal Agency.
- Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
- Certifications and/or experience in Zero Trust.

The project includes conducting survey and design, engineer, furnish, install, secure, and test (EFIS&T) solutions to include non-secure internet protocol router (NIPR), secure internet protocol router (SIPR), Wi-Fi, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Inside Plant (ISP), Outside Plant (OSP), and Voice Modernization at U.S. Army Base/Post/Camp/Station (B/P/C/S) across the Continental United States (CONUS).
