- Prior leadership experience with strengths in mentorship, leadership, and section administrative management
- Clinical and leadership experience involving, but not limited to strategic planning, quality and process improvement, clinical operations, supervision, and leadership of direct reports within the VA system
- Excellent compensation - Based on your qualifications, you will receive an excellent base salary with biennial market pay raises & annual cost of living pay raises
- Sign-on incentive available - An incentive will be authorized for highly qualified applicants.

The Beckley VA Medical Center is seeking an outstanding Optometrist to become part of the Optometry department
The group comprises very friendly, collegial, and very competent staff with three full-staff optometrists and a fee-based provider. Overall responsibilities are leading, advising, and performing administrative with some clinical responsibilities involved.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
