    Overview:
    The Sr.

    Manager will work as part of the Lennar HR Technology team and will be responsible for leading various efforts and complex projects pertaining to all technology within the HR Operations value stream.

    This incumbent will own the end-to-end customer experience and help drive and influence the product roadmap to meet the customer needs.

    This role will liaison directly with internal customers to represent their journey, working cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch.

    A strong candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem solving capabilities, have an analytical mindset, and the ability to bridge the technical and business worlds.

    The ideal candidate must also have a passion for driving change and be customer obsessed.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead the product development team, ensuring successful delivery of roadmap releases and features while achieving product goals and KPIs.
    Proactively address product development issues and escalate to senior leadership when necessary.
    Conduct discovery sessions with internal stakeholders, validating opportunities and solutions to define and manage the product roadmap.
    Direct the direction of features for design systems and break down the product vision into continuous value delivery.

    Demonstrate ability to conduct high level needs analysis and produce reporting and data analysisDemonstrate ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environmentRegularly report product metrics to leadership.
    Ensure organizational readiness and keep development, design, and product teams informed.
    Assist with product positioning and key messaging and be prepared for internal training and demos.
    Actively Manage business relationships with respectful candor and hold the line on product mindset and be culture change agent.

    Inform and support the product portfolio vision and ensure its alignment with overall business strategies and objectivesManage resource pipelines to ensure timely delivery and proper support for products and services within the portfolioCoach and develop a pipeline of talent within the organizationIdentifies and documents business and technical requirements using standard templatesMonitors effectiveness of current business practices and identifies areas for improvement/innovation.

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent certified practical experience; secondary degree preferred (e.g.

    Physical Requirements:

    This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the HRIS Enterprise Solutions Lead to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
