    Location: Sacramento, CA

    Contract Type: Full-time, Contract (ASAP start through June 7, continuing through the 24-25 school year)

    Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate School Psychologist to join our team for a contract assignment. As a School Psychologist with Soliant Schools, you will have the opportunity to work directly with students, educators, and families to promote academic success, positive behavior, and mental health in the school munity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Remainder of this year working with K-6 and for next year working with K-6 and possibly secondary
    • Conduct prehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
    • Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support students' unique needs.
    • Provide direct counseling services to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
    • Serve as a consultant to teachers and administrators on issues related to student behavior management, classroom strategies, and school-wide initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
    • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain).
    • Experience working in a school setting preferred.
    • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
