    Job responsibilities:
    Collaborate with providers to support diet orders and nutrition-related care planning.

    Assess nutritional status and develop nutrition care plans aligned with clinical needs.

    Document assessments, interventions, and progress in the medical record.

    Ensure recommendations align with safety considerations and facility policy.

    Work 32 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
