    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience – developmental testing or airport equipment testing (body scanner, Xray, trace systems, etc.)
    • Functional/Acquisition based testing
    • Experience working for a government entity
    • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline – testing focused
    • Eligibility and willingness to utilize and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (and more)
    • Experienced within requirementsbased testing practices (not software)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skillset
    • Experience leading a team of 10+ testers
    • Comfortability working a 20/80 shift

    Test Engineer/Lead to join their organization
    The Critical Infrastructure Business Line group is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead the research, development, test and evaluation of security systems and technology for the Department of Homeland Security
    This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will work in the clients Crystal City Operations in Arlington, Virginia
    Work is performed both in the laboratory and field settings
    The selected candidate is required to interact directly with the client on a regular basis and should have strong oral and written communication skills

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Leading Test Engineers in test planning, conduct test execution methodology, data collection/reduction/analysis, and technical report writing.
    • Technical areas applicable include nonintrusive inspection and associated scientific disciplines, physical security applications, command and control integration, human factors, operations research, statistics, and engineering.
    • Train and provide day to day direction to lowerlevel staff to help improve technical development and innovative processes.
    • Conduct engineering design reviews, and engaging representatives of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working directly with vendors and stakeholders in enhancing technologies and capabilities in developmental lifecycle support.
