    As a Business Agile User Acceptance Tester in Auto Finance, you will be a part of the Auto Customer Experience Product, responsible for coordination and execution of various User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the OEM Product Area.

    You will have the opportunity to engage and drive capabilities across digital experiences for auto partner brands.

    Responsibilities

    Own and manage the end to end test management process including, but not limited to: Test schedule creation, test plan creation and execution, readiness reviews, go/no go calls, and production implementation/validationOwn the creation and execution of test scripts and all required controls documentation including defect identification and own the end to end defect resolution processBuild and execute automation for functional and regression test cases; expanding regression with each release as requiredFacilitate cross-product coordination of test management functions, including with vendorsCoordinate and validate production releasesMeasure and communicate progress with leadership to ensure implementations are delivered on time and with minimal defectsBuild out a suite of regression test casesTimely identify and escalate risks, mitigates, and steps being taken to minimize riskContinually work towards making improvements in the testing processRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    3+ years' experience in a UAT role- ideally within a ProductExtensive experience on various types of testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Smoke, User Interface and UAT performance monitoringExperience with test planning, test execution and defect managementDemonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize, and escalate appropriatelyExceptional teamwork and leadership skills with ability to organize and coordinate testing efforts with Business Users as well as influence design for best testable outcomeStrong organizational skillsAble to manage time effectively, prioritize and escalate appropriatelyExperience using Jira and ConfluencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    2+ years of experience in Automating test scripts2+ years of experience working with developers and project and/or enterprise release managersUnderstanding of Agile Methodologies and testing methods (Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Exploratory)
