Job Summary

We are seeking full-time Physician Assistants (PAs) or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs) to support area Family Practices.

Job Description:

The office has a team of four medical assistants and four Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Our practice is led by seven providers and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). We have 30 exam rooms available. APPs report directly to the Practice Manager and Supervising Physician. The working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Licensure, Education, Certifications, and Clearances

PAs:

A graduate of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the physician assistant (ARC-PA) is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
Experience as a PA and/or in a clinical setting preferred.
Current state PA license certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required.
Current CPR certification is required.
Act 34 Clearance required.
Act 33 Clearance will be required.
Act 73 Clearance will be required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

CRNPs:

The successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN, MSN) preferred.
Professional nursing experience and/or nurse practitioner experience preferred.
Current state RN license and CRNP certification are required.
National certification and eligibility for licensure by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing, and certification as a CRNP by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing required.
Current CPR certification is required.
Act 34 Clearance required.
Act 33 Clearance will be required.
Act 73 Clearance will be required.
ACLS, BLS, or CPR certification required.
