Responsibilities

Hours: 3 days per week: (Sunday - 2p-10:30, Thursday and Friday 10a-4:30P. 2nd week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 10a-4:30P, Saturday 2p-10:30p. Every other holiday 2p-10:30p)

• Answering incoming calls to Einstein Philadelphia, Einstein Elkins Park and Einstein Montgomery.
• Process emergencies for all 3 medical centers
• Answering incoming calls to hospital, providing patient information, overhead paging when needed, and individual beeper paging.
• Operators at the Medical Center answer calls for the Physicians Answering Service, in addition to processing and delivering messages.
• Coordinating Code Blue, Code Red, Code Yellow, Code Pink, Code Black and Trauma

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.

* - 3 years Hospital operator or switchboard experience required.

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a Hospital Call Center or similar high volume Call Center required.
