Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do whether its a friendly greeting answering questions or addressing guest concerns youll handle each interaction with professionalism and care Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
As a key part of our retail and grocery store team experience youll ensure every shopper leaves ready to boomerang back again What Youll Do As a Produce Clerk you will play a vital role in maintaining stock levels providing exceptional customer service upholding high standards of care Your responsibilies will include Engage With Guests Provide outstanding customer service in-person via phone by assisting guests finding items taking orders special requests addressing guest concerns Maintain Stock Levels Ensure all items are well-stocked displayed according company standards Rotate products using first-in-first-out method ensuring freshness Ensure Cleanliness & Food Safety Keep sales floor cooler clean organized free spills messes daily Regularly log temperatures produce items complete rotation sheets shrink recording daily Maintain Supplies & Produce Cooler Ensure produce supplies roll bags twist ties well-stocked Rotate items within cooler using first-in-first-out method Order specific products dips spices herbs needed Teamwork Perform other duties support team Honor Commitments Regular timely attendance compliance work schedule adequate notice occasional absences
