    Job Summary

    A Physical Therapist will plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to principles and practices of physical therapy. They will participate in operational and clinical functions for the department, hospital, and corporation.

    Essential Functions:

    • All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's values.
    • The Physical Therapist performs initial evaluations and designs a physical therapy plan of care based on patient needs.
    • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of diagnoses/conditions seen in physical therapy
    • Selects, performs, and interprets results from standardized evaluations appropriate for each patient
    • Evaluates actual or potential problems that impact PT treatment plans or overall patient care plans
