Job DescriptionDescription:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the organization within a corporate office setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Assist in booking travel arrangements.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Provide general administrative support to employees as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma/GED. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience managing travel and expenses is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize job duties to meet strict deadlines.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess professional demeanor and appearance.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
