Job DescriptionSpacesaver is seeking a Sales Executive for our Motus Texas office Are you an energetic individual with sales drive? then check this out Under the direction and reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Executives will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned geographical region.
The Sales Executive will work in conjunction with other sales resources within the company to improve Spacesaver's market position and achieve financial growth.

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Develop and implement territory action plans through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the fieldSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales outlets.Maintain a strong prospecting focus to uncover and develop new business.
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all markets that Spacesaver represents.
Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
Required ExperienceQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field required.2+ years in inside sales or B2B related sales equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Project, Visio, Access, MapPoint and Internet. Ability to create and maintain databases and complex spreadsheets and create regional analyses, using a mapping program.
Proficiency in using business systems including IFS, SharePoint, Salesforce, and ability to identify and extract relevant data and create usable business reports is a plus.
Must have strong reasoning abilities, sound judgment, strong listening skills, resourcefulness, and follow through skills. Must be highly analytical with excellent attention to detail, and accuracy.Must have a strong understanding of business processes. Experience with roll-out and training plans is a plus.
Must have good organizational and time management skills, as well as, have the ability to meet deadlines with appropriate attention to detail in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with small and large groups.Must have a strong customer focus.
Demonstrate the ability to build relationships internally and externally to the organization with a focus on meeting or exceeding service and product expectations.
Must be a proven self-starter (entrepreneurial) who can work independently and work on multiple projects at once with the ability to handle interruptions well.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
