    Director of Chiropractic Services

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the chiropractic department, overseeing all aspects of clinical operations.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the delivery of chiropractic care and improve patient outcomes.
    • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, adjustments, and therapeutic interventions.
    • Supervise and mentor chiropractic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and professional development.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
    • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including licensure, accreditation, and documentation requirements.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, community organizations, and referral sources to promote the chiropractic program.

    Requirements:
    • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
    • Licensed chiropractor in good standing with the state regulatory board.
    • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a practicing chiropractor.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
    • Strong clinical skills in chiropractic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve shared goals.
