    CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Van / Customer Service Specialist for a long term contract opportunity with a premier auto finance company in the North Fort Worth area.

    Job Title: Senior Commercial Van / Customer Service Specialist

    Location: North Fort Worth, TX

    Pay: $24 - $26/hour (Based on Experience)

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, Flexible hours between 8am and 6pm

    Job Description:

    The purpose of this position is to identify and resolve customer service inquiries promptly for commercial van customers via phone, email, and fax channels. The Senior Customer Service Specialist must deliver knowledgeable and professional communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Update customers' accounts with address/phone updates and notation of call reasons/support provided.

    Provide direction to customers regarding account issues and explain payment methods.

    Process payments and checks, including phone payments.

    Resolve customer concerns and requests, acting as a liaison between customers and corporate departments.

    Initiate, explain, and execute various corporate processes.

    Address non-phone interactions with customer accounts, including email and fax requests for document fulfillment.

    Requirements:

    4+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the Finance/Auto industry.

    Strong attention to detail.

    Proficiency in MS Office.

    Data entry speed of 35-40 words per minute.

    Education:

    High school diploma required.

    College education preferred.
