- 3 years of management experience in Rehabilitation preferred.

- Develop strategic goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Plan, organize and direct all activities related to staffing, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepare budgets for service area, ensure compliance, coordinate and direct audits.
- Direct and evaluate clinical activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Required Credential(s):
- One or more of the following:
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Michigan Board of Occupational Therapists obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy.
- Preferred Credential(s):
- BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
