We are looking for somebody with prior recruiting, legal or sales experience who wants to help us grow our Legal search practice.

We have excellent benefits including 15 days pto in year one and 20 days starting in year two, a 4% 401k match and company paid coffee, soda and snacks in the office.

Works both independently and with business management to identify and develop candidates and clients for direct hire legal searches and temporary projects primarily in the St.

Conduct phone, video and in-person communication with candidates to understand their career objectives and with companies to develop clients for our search practice.

Prior Executive Recruiting, Legal or Sales experience with an interest in a sales/business development and consulting career.

Desire to work hard to build a network over the first few years that can compensate you lucratively for the rest of your career.
