Job Description and Requirements
Location: North AmericaThe Optical Solutions Group is looking to hire an Inside Sales/Sales Operation team member who will be responsible for working with and supporting the local Sales and Order Management teams. The position will report into the Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with and support the Sales Manager during the renewal quoting process in addition to various customer development activities. This role will have responsibility for the creation of the Customer Master, Order Entry, and the submission of Off-Support and Rehost requests to Order Management. The role will also be responsible for issuing Trial Licenses, Bridge, Training and Emergency keys along with the submission of Export Control documentation. This position will also be responsible for managing activities related to our use of SalesForce CRM system and CPQ/QuoteIt our quoting system.
This person will manage the end to end inside sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Regional Sales Manager, Senior Managers, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal, Marketing and Credit. They will help coordinate the generation of short-term results through the renewal process while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. Assure accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $66,000-$98,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
