    The main tasks of the role involve evaluating patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, creating personalized care plans, and assessing patient responses.

    What You'll Do You will utilize nursing judgement and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.

    You will check nursing procedures.

    You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.

    What Will Make You Successful In The Role Familiarity with nursing and patient care protocols and practices. Proven communication skills both in speech and writing.
