JOB REQUIREMENTS:

POSITION SUMMARY The Family Court Judge is responsible to administer the judicial authorities and responsibilities of the Oneida Nation.

This position exercises the inherent power to apply and enforce Oneida law as it pertains to children and families. This position will be under an employment contract. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.


OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment and annually thereafter as required
