Job summary
Okland is seeking a Superintendent to oversee construction projects. As a leader on our team you will ensure that all aspects of project management including supervision personnel management project development & management schedule development & management design document & model analysis tactical planning coordination & execution quality assurance safety management financial management subcontractor relations jobsite setup additional responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years of related experience working on commercial or advanced manufacturing construction projects;
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor construction maintenance practices procedures applicable building codes;
- Proficiency in reading interpreting blueprints specifications strong leadership communication team skills ability proactively identify mitigate risks proficiency project manage software e.g Autodesk Viewpoint MS Excel Word Outlook required qualifications include:
