    Position


    Area Sales Director – Flowers Bakeries


    Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director. You will support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and ID (Independent Distributors) efforts, building and maintaining solid customer relationships with key accounts, engaging in sales activities, growing the customer base, seeking new selling opportunities, and tracking sales data. You will also ensure promotion and display execution in the market and utilize digital tools to showcase execution wins and growth opportunities.


    The Area Sales Director will work with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales, while using consumer insights to adjust sales strategies.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales. Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.

    • Bachelor's degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.


    Essential Job Requirements

    • Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.

    • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

    • Must be at least 21 years of age.


    We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package. The salary range is $65,000 – $75,000. Please reply by 2/14/26.
