Description
We are expanding New clinic locations + a low caseload = more opportunitiesJoin a St. Louis Based ABA Therapy Organization with a team of BCBAs, SLPs, Administration, and RBTs with special visits from music intervention, pet interactions, and other collaborations to enhance our Therapy Through Play model
Our center considers the principles of Reggio Emilia by devising an NET child-led learning environment and supporting the individual through a variety of approaches.
Clients attend therapy from 7:45am-3:45pm, Monday-Friday, offering BCBAs a flexible schedule and ability to accommodate a four day work week if desired.
Job RequirementsBCBA Licensure
Master's Degree in relevant field
Ability to develop strong, professional relationships

Job Responsibilities
Supervise ABA implementers
Prepare and facilitate staff training
Weekly collaboration with caregivers
Track progress of client's on caseload
Attend supervision and clinical meetings
Advocate for ABA services as appropriate
Complete assessment and treatment plans
Complete ongoing documentation and reports
Maintenance of continuing education units (CEUs)
Follow the policies and procedures of ABSpectrum, LLC
Assist in the development and growth of future Early Intervention Clinics
Remain in good standing with BACB guidelines for retaining licensure and supervisory requirements.
