    SUMMARY


    As an project manager assistant, you will be performing various tasks to assist the project managers in estimation, organization, and oversight of existing projects.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


    • Responsible for drawing project scopes and details using estimation software
    • Provides the required up-to-date copies of drawings and specifications to subcontractors.
    • Assists Project Manager with all phases of any given project.
    • Initiates product purchases and ensures that project materials have arrived before the start date in coordination with the purchasing department.
    • Issue, track, and respond to RFI's in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Serve as a backup to the Project Manager and participate directly in Project Management initiatives in the absence of the Project Manager.
    • Ensures comprehensive project documentation by filing notes, documents, and project related emails.
    • Help with any administrative overflow as needed.

    EDUCATION and /or EXPERIENCE


    • Construction or management related education preferred
    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
