comWho You Are:
Senior Customer Quality Engineer

Primary Functions:

Provide support for customer in terms of managing the quality issue and interface directly with them on the requirement and to negotiate on standard and process.

The support can also be dedicated to a set of customers.
Educate our customer and distributor to better understand on our product requirement, manufacturing processes and customer returns process.
To manage and track the customer return processes and the ability to respond and resolve the issues immediately.
To lead the team in the customer quality meeting using the language that is most effective.

To develop Quality Standard that is suitable to customer expectation as well as to act as a bridge between the plant and the customer as to ensure that our internal standard and quality process are able to meet or exceed the requirement of customers.

Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements.


Minimum Qualifications:

MUST:
Degree or Master's in any engineering field with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Fluent English in both written as well as spoken. Second language Chinese is a must to liaise with Chinese customers and counterparts. Willing to travel for at least 25-50% of the time.


WANT:
Experienced and hands-on in quality system, quality tools used in automotive industry and international standard.
Background in quality engineering, understand the basic quality processes SPC, MSA, FMEA, Six Sigma.
Experience in auditing a production line by either using control plan or ISO/TS manuals.
Ability to negotiate and convince without creating a conflict.
Ability to work under high pressure.
