Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Lab Operations team supervise a Senior Project Management Coordinator serve as Chief of Staff to the DST Vice President act as strategic operational business partner to functional leadership teams leverage deep understanding lead development resource forecasting models analyze capacity demand own DST resource forecast data analysis ongoing administration sustainment forecasting processes tools manage DST capital expense budgets end-to-end establish mechanisms monitor progress against departmental goals objectives key results drive adoption implementation new digital tools increase collaboration operational efficiency ensure timely effective cross-functional collaboration information flow across DST key stakeholders
