We're working with a leading innovative insurance company to grow their product team and are looking for a strategically focused Product Lead for the role.

As the Lead Product Manager, you'll have responsibility for the product strategy and launching products into the marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage the strategic focus of the product team through being responsible for competitor analysis, understanding market trends and working cross functionally with sales and marketing teams.

Responsible for the Product Development decisions and measure the impact of them.
Work closely with Actuarial and Underwriting teams.
Collaborate on marketing, regulatory, approvals and product implementations.


Requirements:
Deep knowledge of the Health Insurance.
Launched insurance products into the marketplace.
Experience with one or multiple of Group Insurance, Stop Loss, Ancillary Product Development.
Previous experience working closely with Underwriting teams.
