- Must live within a 15 radius of either our Medina or Wooster locations
- If not, you must be willing to relocate within the first 6 months of employment
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience as a PA
- Must work at our Wooster location about 90 percent of the time and Medina about 10 percent once training is completedCompensation is for the following but not limited to:
- Collected receipts for patient visits
- Attending and speaking at staff meetings
- Promoting the company
- Training the medical support staff
- Communicating with patients on biopsy or laboratory results in a timely manner
- Educating and supervising the physician extenders
- Maintaining a high level or expertise in the practice of dermatologic medicine
- Directing your support staff to work in an efficient and effective manner, maintaining high morale
- Completing medical documentation and participating in chart review
- Base salary plus a certain percentage of the net collections once you collect a certain dollar amount
