    Cancer Clinical Research Coordinator Associate – Gynecologic Oncology

    The Stanford Cancer Institute (SCI) is a recognized National Cancer Institute-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in the US, and is a leading Institute within the Stanford University School of Medicine.

    The SCI promotes collaborations among faculty with cancer expertise from various departments across Stanford University.

    We are looking for a Cancer Clinical Research Coordinator Associate to contribute to our goal of reducing cancer mortality through research, treatment, education, and outreach.

    Within a fast-paced and innovative environment, the Cancer Clinical Trials Office (CCTO) at Stanford Cancer Institute plays a vital role in translating laboratory research into clinical practices.

    You will work with a dedicated team that is shaping the healthcare landscape in cancer research.

    Reporting to the Clinical Research Manager for Sarcoma Oncology, the Clinical Research Coordinator Associate will manage data, enroll and follow patients on trials, and assist with trial regulations and finances.

    • Manage data and enroll patients in trials.
    • Act as the primary contact for research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
    • Coordinate specimen collection and data processing.
    • Ensure compliance with research protocols and review study documents for accuracy.

    Key responsibilities also include coordinating study visits, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in audits.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Previous experience with clinical trials.
    • Preferably certified by Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals.

    This position will involve occasional evening and weekend hours. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to University policies is mandatory.
