- Evaluate, select, and integrate engineering tools such as SolidWorks, Smartsheet, JAMA, Altium, and others to optimize workflow and collaboration.
- Ensure seamless integration between various tools to enhance data exchange and streamline processes.
- Design and implement comprehensive tool solutions that align with engineering and business requirements.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation for tool solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their workflows and identify areas for optimization.
- Implement changes to tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop training programs for engineering teams to maximize their proficiency with selected tools.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
- Customize and configure engineering tools to meet specific project and organizational needs.
- Implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Adhere to federal and state regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' of proven experience as a Solution Architect, or equivalent position, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering tools such as SolidWorks, Smartsheet, JAMA, Altium, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
