Job summary
The Chief of Staff (CoS) will serve as the Legal Department's lead operating professional responsible for developing, implementing and driving 1LMX transformation through the development of annual goals and objectives and metrics to measure progress.The CoS will work on-site at Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, MD. The CoS will report to and assist the Senior Vice President & General Counsel (SVP) in all matters related to the operations of the Legal Department,
Responsibilities
The CoS will also ensure that technology solutions, including AI enablement, are integrated safely,,ethically
and efficiently across the Legal Department.
