Engineering Manager | Oklahoma | $140,000 to $150,000

Permanent Position including Relocation and Future Growth

As the Engineering Manager you will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing the manufacturing processes in this new division of a highly successful manufacturer. You will manage CAPEX Project Engineers who are driving significant expansions, and a Maintenance Team that will keep it running like new, as well as a facilities team as well as championing continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and lead a talented team.

Requirements for this position are a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, and more than 10 years of manufacturing experience including metal fabrication, assembly and welding processes, with at least 3 years of management experience. Background with hands-on LEAN manufacturing methodologies will be key to success in this role, as well as a track record in developing and leading engineers in the improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes. *NO Sponsorship is available for this role.
