    Overview:
    Support the VP, Pricing Strategy in transforming and simplifying Blue Yonder's pricing structures.

    This junior role will focus on the administration, analysis, and execution of pricing strategies, ensuring they align with SaaS principles, particularly value-based pricing.


    What you'll do:
    Assist in gathering and analyzing customer, field, internal deal data, and market research to inform pricing decisions.
    Support in monitoring and reporting on KPIs related to pricing adjustments.
    Analyze pricing data, customer segmentation, and usage patterns to identify pricing opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
    Conduct thorough analysis of competitors' pricing structures, packaging, and positioning within the market.

    Work closely with the Product Management Group, Sales, and other teams to gain insights into the value derived by customers from BY solutions.

    Assist in collaborating with data and business intelligence teams on dashboard and report creation.
    Engage with Cloud Cost Optimization and Cloud Services to support building accurate cost models.
    Aid in the development of pricing proposals for new and existing products.
    Support tier differentiation projects for various products and customer segments.
    Assist in preparing materials for Pricing Approval Committee meetings.
    Collaborate with teams from Product Marketing, Product Management, and Enablement to ensure all offer readiness deliverables are met.
    Provide administrative support for ad-hoc analysis requests.
    Attend and, when required, take notes in meetings and forums where pricing strategies and changes are discussed.
    Based on various pricing scenarios, communicate revenue forecasts to leadership to inform strategic decisions
    Clearly communicate complex pricing concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    Assist in identifying potential risks in pricing strategies and administration.
    Support the resolution of minor conflicts and escalate larger issues to the VP, Pricing Strategy.


    What we are looking for:
    Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field). MBA Preferred
    3-5 years of experience in pricing, market research, or a related field (SaaS experience is a plus).
    Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
    Strong attention to detail
    Experience with value-based pricing and market analysis
    Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

    The salary range for this position is $117, $147,625.00

    The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.

    In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
